Piano Lessons
Teaching Philosophy
- Students thrive in an encouraging environment!
- Students need a safe learning environment where they can experiment without feeling patronized or judged.
- Teacher and student respect each other's knowledge, background, experience and time.
- Give students time to succeed!
- Students get pride and enjoyment from playing piano after they achieve a certain level of mastery, which can only be developed over time. Students are expected to commit to one full-school year of lessons to give them themselves a chance to succeed.
- Studying piano is both fun and serious!
- Regular practice is essential!
